5. What is the policy on alcohol service and liability insurance, and can we bring in our own alcohol or hire a bartender?
6. Is there a backup plan for inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, such as a power outage or equipment failure?
7. What are the rules and fees for setting up and tearing down decorations, and is there a time limit for access to the venue on the day of the event?
