Whether it is a summer wedding or BBQ or a winter planned event that requires indoor space we have you covered. Calling us or emailing us to find out if indeed that date is available, is your first step in planning the perfect event. 2. Give our team a call! Our team has well over 100 years combined training and knowledge in event planning, from the décor, to the catering for your event, music/entertainment to the florist. Our team will book a consultation appointment to discuss your event at length, bringing to the table all the members needed to transform your dreams into reality. We work with some of the best, most dedicated vendors in the business. Our current team has worked together well over ten years, making visions come to life for a variety of clients. 3. Book your event At the East Delta Hall, we have had the amazing opportunity to host some very interesting events. Private family reunions where, families have brought their RV’s and booked us for the entire weekend and enjoyed their time together, just what the East Delta Hall was built for, bringing families and communities together. Weddings All shapes and sizes, small and intimate to over the top and large. Gay, straight and everything in between, the East Delta Hall has seen them all. Western to contemporary, casual to formal, traditional to fantasy, odd to the eclectic we have had them all.
Shows From Christmas craft shows, to mini trade shows, the parking and indoor space lend it self to an amazing event. Organizations We have hosted several AGM’s for those organizations that cannot host larger groups, or require the one stop shop.
