East Delta Hall Cancellation Policy
The Renter may cancel the rental of the Hall on written notice to the Society and/or Mr Moms World Catering and on doing so the Renter will be entitled to a refund calculated as follows:
Our refunds policy is as follows;
In a Covid free world: Full refunds are provided up to 6 months prior to the event and then in increments going forward as we get closer to the date.

In a Covid restriction world: Full refunds are provided in the order that we receive them guaranteeing that they would be fully refunded within 90 of all restrictions being lifted on our industry by the province.
