Facility Information
1. No outside liquor is allowed on the premises.
2. The Client (and their guests) must abide by all the applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations concerning the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
3. No food may be prepared or cooked on the premises. There is no access to the kitchen facilities as it is a permitted kitchen
4. The maximum number of occupants permitted in the Hall is 190.
5. The Society and/or Mr Moms World Catering does not provide snow removal, table paper, dishes, utensils, cooking utensils or extra garbage bags unless otherwise agreed upon
6. All events must finish no later than 1 am. The Hall must be vacated no later than 2 am. Nothing can be left behind. No music can be played after 1am.
7. No confetti, rice, flower petals, or birdseed can be used within the Hall.
8. In the course of decorating, no tape, pins, tacks, or staples are to be used.
9. All groups are responsible for putting away the tables and chairs. (Unless another arrangement has been made with the Society and/or Mr Moms World Catering ie. Setup/cleanup fee has been arranged) Floors are to be swept and clean. Do not use any cleaning agents on the wooden floor – use clear water only.
10. No open flame inside of the building to include candles in votives.
11. No Smoking on the front porch or back door area – Gazebo is outfitted with ashtrays
12. Nothing (ie furniture and/or decor) is to be moved without the consent of the Society and/or Mr Moms World Catering. Doing so will result in a restocking fee.
13. Vehicles cannot be left in the parking lot overnight unless other arrangements have been made.
